Soufflé Making & World Leader Dinner at BLACKBARN Restaurant

Famous Chef, John Doherty spoiled us with a one of a kind culinary experience, it was an unforgettable evening! We enjoyed chocolate soufflés for dessert that we learned how to make  in the restaurant kitchen earlier in the evening. And the dinner menu was not only delicious but rich with national secrets and history as it featured dishes that Chef John has served for world leaders over the decades he served as Executive Chef at the Waldorf Astoria New York.
