Bella Goren is an experienced airline industry and Fortune 500 executive. She serves on the boards of: Gap Inc., LyondellBasell Industries N.V., and MassMutual Financial Group.Through 2013, Bella served as American Airlines and AMR’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to assuming the CFO role, she was Senior Vice President of Customer Relationship Marketing, where her responsibilities included the AAdvantage® program, call center operations, digital marketing, customer analytics and AA.com.

Carl Sparks has expertise in digital marketing, brand management, as well as executive experience, having previously served as CEO of Academic Partnerships, CEO of Travelocity Global, and President of Gilt Groupe. Mr. Sparks also served at Expedia Inc., in a variety of leadership roles, including SVP, Marketing and Retail Operations at Hotels.com and CMO at Expedia.com. Mr. Sparks is currently a director of Dunkin’ Brands and Avis Budget Group, Inc.

David Cush is Chief Executive Officer of Service King, the fastest-growing providers of high quality automotive repair service in the U.S. Previously, he was President, CEO and Board Director of Virgin America for nine years, where he led the company through restructuring and turnaround, growth, IPO, and M&A. Prior to Virgin, David built his career progressing through the ranks of American Airlines. As SVP Global Sales and Distribution, and as a member of the Executive Committee, David led all sales activities and distribution strategy for American’s global network, leading sales teams in 55 countries.

Doug Leone is Global Managing Partner at Sequoia Capital. Doug began his career working in sales and management positions at Sun Microsystems, Hewlett-Packard, and Prime Computer. Leone was responsible for investments including ServiceNow, Aruba, Meraki, Rackspace, Netezza, Arbor/Hyperion, RingCentral and MedExpress. Fred Neil is a global marketing executive with over 25 years of experience having led FORTUNE 100 and start-up brands in various industries, including retail, financial services, CPG, and technology. He currently heads up Consumer Marketing for Amazon India, based in Bangalore, where he leads a team responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement and monetization across paid, owned and earned channels, as well as leading a tech pod to drive innovation through feature releases to increase market segment share growth. Fred is a regular speaker at various global industry events, as well as being an investor and advisory for various start-ups.

Glenn Eisen is the co-founder, president & COO of music video start-up Unroll, Inc. He was the founding chief marketing officer of Sling TV and is a recipient of a Technology and Engineering Emmy®. Prior, he was a Senior Business Advisor for Pandora, iHeartMedia, WndrCo, Viacom and AMC Networks. With over 30 years of leadership experience scaling direct-to-consumer subscription businesses as a CMO/EVP for Dish Digital, Guthy|Renker, Vonage and Aol. He is a recipient of a number of awards, including an Emmy® and an Effie. Eisen received a BSBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Martin Casado is a general partner at Andreessen Horowitz where he focuses on enterprise investing. He was previously the cofounder and chief technology officer at Nicira, which was acquired by VMware for $1.26 billion in 2012. Mike Amend has led and built industry-awarded, best-in-class omnichannel businesses and experiences. He is currently leading Ford’s Technology and Software Platform, comprising the Enterprise Information Technology, Global Data Insight and Analytics and Ford Business Solutions functions. Amend joined Ford from Lowe’s, where he was president, Online. Prior to Lowe’s, Mike held executive leadership positions at Sprint, Dell, Home Depot Inc., J.C. Penney Co. and CommerceHub.

Milton Pappas is the EVP, Chief Digital Officer at RTW Retailwinds (formerly NY&CO). He is a board member of Shop.org, the digital division of the National Retail Federation.
